What needs fixing?

Urgent jobs usually within 24 to 48 hours. Everything else is booked inside a week. If we cannot get to you in the time you need, we say so straight away rather than string you along.

No. Send the job on WhatsApp with a photo and the quote is free. The only paid options are the video call and the site visit, and both are refunded off your invoice when you go ahead.

No. A dripping tap washer, one shelf, a bulb nobody can reach. Small jobs are most of what we do, and you can bundle several into one visit to keep the cost down.

We tell you, and we pass you to a registered professional we work with. Plumbing, certified electrical, gas, air conditioning, pools and structural work all go out this way. You still only make one call.

The coast and the surrounding towns. Put your town in the form and we will confirm before quoting. Travel is included locally and priced separately if you are further out.

Only if access needs you. Plenty of our work is for owners who are abroad, so we can collect keys, send photos as we go and lock up after. Say so in the form and we will arrange it.

Either. We can supply everything and itemise it on the invoice, or fit what you have already bought. Tell us which when you send the job so the quote is right first time.

Bank transfer or cash on completion for small jobs. Larger work is staged, with a deposit for materials and the balance when you are happy with it. Everything is invoiced.

Tell us and we come back. We would far rather put something right than leave you with a job you are unhappy about, and it costs us less than the reputation does.
